The buyer is any natural or legal person who concludes a contract through this online store.

II. Order and Conclusion of Contract

- An order constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase contract.
- The contract is concluded by a binding confirmation of the order via email.
- The seller reserves the right to reject an order in case of a pricing or availability error.
- The buyer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information.

III. Price and Payment Terms

- Delivery is carried out by Slovak Post or a courier service.
- Delivery time is 3–5 days (Slovakia), or 5–10 days (EU).
- Shipping costs are shown during the order and are included in the total price.
- The buyer is required to check the shipment upon delivery.

V. Withdrawal from Contract

- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The seller will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, but not before the returned goods are received.
- A withdrawal form is available upon request.

VI. Complaints and Warranty

- Products made from natural materials may vary from piece to piece – this is not a defect.
- A statutory warranty of 24 months applies to the goods.
- Complaints can be submitted via email with a description of the defect and photo documentation.
- The complaint will be processed within 30 days.

VII. Personal Data Protection

- Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
- Data is used only to process the order and is not shared with third parties except delivery and payment service providers.
- The buyer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

VIII. Final Provisions
